The lccDesktopAlert was created to show Desktop Alerts when certain events happen. This
program can be called from the processes you want to present an alert.
For example, you could instruct Outlook to produce a Desktop Alert when new messages
arrive. This would allow you to know that a new message arrived, without Outlook
displaying part of the message (i.e. potentially showing those near your monitor some of
